Hi There,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
Can you send me the URL so I can check it out? Might need to add a surrogate for a tracker.. but without knowing the page.. we can't help.
Talk with you soon. -

In order to reproduce this issue you will need these software installed:
1. Ruby programming language ( https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/ )
2. Bundler gem ( http://bundler.io/ )
3. Git ( http://git-scm.com/ )
Then, please follow these steps:
1. Checkout the following repository: https://github.com/bluurn/test-site
by running the
git clone https://github.com/bluurn/test-site.git
command in your terminal
2. cd into test-site directory and run:
bundle install
3. run:
middleman server
4. Open the http://localhost:4567/ link in the chrome browser with ghostery extension enabled
5. Toggle the modal window by clicking this item ( here is the screenshot ):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8yokpfoq98i...
6. You will see that the modal window is semi-opaque.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with Ghostery extension disabled, and you will see that the modal window will be ok.
Also, here is the link to my Chrome version information:

Thank you for your time.-
One other question.. you see this issue resolved with disabling.. What about pausing Ghostery? What scripts are active?
