Just in the last week, trackers that I have specifically blocked in Ghostery are now being let through on the Citibank website. What has Citibank done to defeat Ghostery? What can I do to defeat the Citibank website and let Ghostery do its job?
This is a new phenomenon. Previously, the Citibank website was not able to defeat Ghostery.
Ghostery's tracker blocking has worked very well on the Citibank website up until about a week ago.

Hi John,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
Which browser and version of Ghostery are using? Even though you have specifically blocked them in your library.. do you still see them checked as blocked in your library?
Can you send me the URL so I can take a look? -

So are you saying that you see them listed in the Alert Bubble.. and that "Foresee, Omniture, and ReputationManager" are listed but not crossed out? When you are on that page that has the issue happening.. in the on page menu (clicking on Ghostery)... is the tracker slider red.. But with a Green Dot right next to it? I'm wondering if you accidentally allowed those trackers using the Site-selective whitelisting feature. Can you send me a screenshot of just the page menu? Something like the attached below?

Hi John,
Since you have seen this occurring in various places.. can you try this beta version and see if the problem persists?

I tried it (Ghostery 2.9.3beta1) and it didn't solve the problem.

The same problem occurs on the Amazon website. I have both Amazon Associates and DoubleClick set to be blocked but both are tracking me. On other websites where DoubleClick is, it it blocked--same settings, just the site you are on matters. DoubleClick is blocked on some sites but not others.

So the panel you pasted shows that you do have the site whitelisted.. So now I am unclear what the problem is... You said you didn't have any sites in your whitelist.. but this says you do... in your blocking library.. click on the "Site Whitelist"... I'm guessing you will see "online.citibank.com" in that list.

After logging in and selecting the Citibank service I want (e.g., Accounts), yes, they are listed in the Ghostery lists of blocked sites (Trackers, Cookies, Sitelists) when I do a search.
The three that are not blocked are: Foresee, Omniture, and ReputationManager.
When I am on the onsite but not completely logged into a specific account yet, other trackers are listed: BluKai, BridgeTrack, Foresee, Microsoft Atlas, and Ominture. After I select an account to work with (e.g., checking account, credit card account, mortgage, etc., ), and I am switched to that account, the list of trackers changes to just the first three I listed in previous paragraph.
There URL where I login is: online.citibank.com. After logging in and selecting an account, the site becomes: https://online.citibank.com/US/JPS/po...
If I leave Ghostery in its normal state of blocking all trackers I am able to connect with the website but nothing displays. There are three Google Trackers on the website, namely Google Analytics, etc.
If I block all three of them, nothing downloads from the site. If I whitelist the site, the whole luminosity.com webpage downloads and appears to work.
