Click-to-Play for Flattr

I'd like to have click-to-play overlays for Flattr buttons like there are for other “social” buttons.

Currently, with filtering turned on, it is difficult to see that some content can be flattered, since the buttons are removed completely. For example here: http://cre.fm/cre197-ipv6 .
