Click-To-Play for FB Connect

Hi,

I'd absolutely love it if Ghostery would detect FB connect and replace the Login/Like Buttons with a "Blocked by Ghostery Click here to load them" so that if I decide I want to sign up via FB or like something I just have to click twice, once for unblocking (this single time) and once for actually liking.
