cloudflare 404 page tracking elements

I just moved my site to cloudflare and they have a "smart" 404 page that essentially does a search result page as 404 page. This clearly includes tracker urls, however since these are accessed on the domain, its a bit difficult to say if these are 3rd party trackers (otoh, the data is processed by cloudflare since that is essentially a proxy solution).
