Common Issue (Blank Walkthrough, Repeated Wizard) - the missing link?

After pulling my hair out, disabling addons, changing options.... Ghostery appears to be the final one of my addons that does not support e10s (Electrolysis) in the Latest Firefox Nightly. I have installed the development build of Ghostery (5.4.2-beta3).

The problem it creates appears to be one that has been asked about a lot.... the walkthrough page appears blank and the toolbar button will run the wizard on every execution of Firefox.

Reporting this as I am hoping it gives some insight into why some people have been having trouble with this addon.
