Community Sharing of Element Blocking Philosophies via data files

Clearly there are different philosophies about how to choose which elements to block and which to allow.

Would it be possible to develop a system whereby a user us able to export their choices to a data file, share the data file with the user community explaining their philosophy, and allow other users to choose a philosophy they prefer, download the corresponding data file, and import it into their own Ghostery implementation?

I thing such a system would simply life for everyone.
