    Which version of Firefox and Ghostery are you using? Can you try creating a new Firefox profile to see if the script errors continue there?

  • There is a general warning about this, and Ghostery does look for specific extensions already known to provoke conflicts.



    Please confirm this is the extension you're referring to:




    Can you provide additional details about how you have Ghostery and Cookie Controller configured? Simply installing the two together doesn't seem to cause a problem.

  • I know its necessary, but I'm so tired of creating new Firefox profiles. Its a lot of time when you have to build it (45 extensions) and test with 200-800 long time loading tabs. As soon as you think you have it right, something else goes wrong.

    I just did so about a week or 2 ago, but I did one again yesterday, and I don't see the problem with Cookie Controller now.

    I also have BetterPrivacy, but does Ghostery make that redundant?
