Cookie Manager?

I want to be able to manage the cookies - to delete some cookies when I restart - but not all of them. Any Firefox add ons for this?

    MrB - In Firefox,set the option Privacy/Use custom settings/Accept cookies from sites/Keep until I close Firefox. Cookies that are stored at the time this is set will persist session-to-session. So, for example, clear all cookies, go to a favorite site and set desired options (which will be stored in a cookie), close Firefox, open Firefox, then set the above Privacy option. The cookie from your favorite site will persist.
