I am able to have Ghostery self disabled when I browse this URL www.hobex.at
I added at the Site Whitelist the followings
hobex.at
vt.hobex.at
NOTE: Most likely the second entry is redundant as the first line is sufficient, right?
The problem is that when I access this URL https://vt.hobex.at/partnernet/login....
Gostery is always active and running and do not know how to make it be disabled.
Also, when I wish to add a wildcard like (anything at microsoft.com) microsoft.com would it be *.microsoft.com or simply microsoft.com

The login screen URL is what I have already posted here: vt.hobex.at
Do I have to type it differently or what is present is oK?
In theory, by just adding to Whitelist hobex.at it should be sufficient. No?

Firefox: 20.0.1
Ghostery: 2.9.3 -

That's what I am saying.. vt.hobex.at and https://vt.hobex.at/partnernet/login are different URL's.. We are working on making the whitelisting matching more efficient. This may be a catch.

Yes, they could be different but the root domain (vt.hobex.at) is what is important as what comes after differs.
At present time all Ghostery can accept is vt.hobex.at (reguardless of http or https)
I will be waiting for further updates on the software.
Please post when the new software has a fix.

If I add hobex.at to my Ghostery's whitelist, Ghostery does not block anything on https://vt.hobex.at/partnernet/login.... (the site is shown as having been whitelisted).
Is this not what you are seeing? -

1Excellent point. I believe I found out the problem.
When browsing hobex through FireFox typing the full URL https://vt.hobex.at/partnernet/login.... Ghostery performs properly and the icon is gray color (meaning it is disabled).
But if I click on the “ParthnerNet Login” a new pop-up windows opens up and here is where Ghostery does not perform properly as I have the icon of Ghostery in blue color.
Hope this info helps understanding the issue.

try this URL from regular FireFox: http://www.hobex.at/service/partnernet/
Then, click on “ParthnerNet Login >>” and here is where the issue occurs. -
