The trouble with Opera is that Ghostery has very limited access to Opera's blocking rules. We can't exempt particular sites from blocking from within Ghostery itself, for example.

To exempt a site from blocking using Opera's built-in controls, right-click somewhere on the site, click "Edit Site Preferences...", go to the "Content" tab and uncheck "Enable content blocking".

Note that since Ghostery is currently unable to determine site exemption status, it will incorrectly report found (and marked to be blocked) trackers as blocked on exempt sites.
