Facebook new terms 2015: Tracking surfing activities

Hello there,

Facebook has changed their terms recently and is tracking your surfing activities.
It is said facebook has access on the sites you've visited.

I'd really like to know whether ghostery blocks facebook from tracking your activities on other sites you're visiting.
