Hi taff, thanks for reporting this issue.
Looks like via.me integrates po.st a bit too closely. I've added a surrogate, but that will not be updated to Opera and Chrome for a while. In the meantime you should either unblock Po.st or whitelist this via.me.Comment -

Ghostery 0.9.6, released today, comes with updated surrogate definitions. Let us know if this is still an issue.
