Your FAQ is incorrect or out-of-date with respect to how to configure Ghostery in Firefox. First, there is no "Tools" menu item in the main menu bar. Presumably you mean "Add-ons" Second, in the Add-ons menu Ghostery is listed but there doesn't appear to be any way to adjust the settings from there. The only options are to view "More" (which only leads to a page with information and an option to adjust the automatic update setting), "Disable," and "Remove."
Please update your FAQ to actually help people find the configuration options in Firefox (because I can't find them anywhere but the stupid little icon which doesn't help if the icon disappears!).
