fedora 22 and firefox 36.0 - ghostery blocks input to search box

fedora 22 firefox 36 I had to disable ghostery as it was blocking input
to the search box. Also the icon that fedora uses in the top bar when
an application is active flashes when I click the search box.

this might be a setting that I am not aware of but for now I have
disabled ghostery
