FireFox Options/General Tab NOT visible when Ghostery enabled

I am using FireFox 36.0.4 with Windows 7: anonymoX, Email This and Ghostery: this configuration has worked for some time but the Options/General Tab is now NOT visible.

I "Refreshed" FireFox, which removed all addons. Options/General Tab was NOW visible.

I reinstalled addons: Options/General Tab is NOT visible.

I uninstalled Email This!, no change.
I uninstalled Ghostery, Options/General Tab is VISIBLE
I reinstalled Ghostery: Options/General Tab is NOT VISIBLE
I went back to the Add On tab and disabled Ghostery: I enabled/disabled several times with the Options/General Tab being visible when Ghostery was disabled.

Am I missing something in implementing Ghostery? Or is this a bug?
