I have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" set on the 'General' page of 'Options' in Firefox 32.0.3. After installing Ghostery and basically setting all cookies and trackers to be blocked, Firefox no longer retains my tabs after a restart. I can't think of anything else I have done that might have caused this change.
Other extensions I have installed are DownloadHelper 4.9.24; HTTPS-Everywhere 4.0.1; Privacy Badger Firefox 0.1.4; and of course Ghostery 5.4.0
Is this a known issue? Is it an issue at all - I've searched but couldn't find the problem in the forum

Hi Ross,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
It's working fine for me using 32.0.3 and Ghostery 5.4... what OS and version? Have you tried disabling all extensions to see if the issue persists? -

Pete, thanks for the response. It happens that it wasn't Ghostery at all. In what is becoming something of a trend, it was me all along. At the same time as installing Ghostery I took the opportunity of "tweeking" my settings in Firefox (which I'd forgotten about). Without realising it, by choosing "use custom settings for history" , "Clear history when Firefox closes" is enabled by default. Of course, no history = no tabs to load.
The last time I made a fool of myself on this forum I couldn't see where to mark the thread as solved, so my apologies...
Ghostery itself has been fantastic. Being able to see what has been blocked on each site has been a real eye opener. Thanks for a great program, and next time I'll try to engage brain, then write-
No it's all good. this happens.. I'm glad you got it worked out.. Please feel free to email me directly if you would rather.. pete@ghostery.com.
