FIREFOX GHOST ADVERT,,,KO,s GHOSTERY.

I use Firefox browser,every time is shut down and close tabs an ad comes up for ADSL services with the URL --ICMWEBSERVE-----this ad page freezes Ghostery so it does,nt work. I have deleted firefox and re-installed but it makes no difference,i am also now running Firefox 29 beta,this does the same.
