Flattr and Ghostery are not working together.
For me it is impossible to klick a flattr bottom from the micropayment site flattr.com when i am using Ghostery. Even if I disable blocking it doesont work. I hope you could fix this bug. I think flattr is a great idear to share mony with bloggers.

I've taken a brief look into the flattr widget, and we do not directly block it. They are using Google Analytics so this is what might be causing an issue, tho, I was able to successfully flattr several articles.
You might want to add these 2 domains into whitelist and see if this helps you: flattr.com and api.flattr.comComment -
