Gear-wheel icon replaces the ghost icon, and doesn't do anything.

After I install Ghostery in IE9 I see your ghost icon. But when I reload the window the icon changes to a gear wheel. Clicking on this new icon produces nothing. And, I no longer get the dark window that would show that cookies are being blocked. I have reloaded ghostery several times and always get this same result.
