Getting "Oops!" when I click on More Information link in IE
I just installed Ghostery in IE9 on a Windows7 64-bit PC. My problem: when I click on the "More Information" link for some (but not all) trackers found by Ghostery, such as Comscore Beacon, I get a pop-up message that says: Oops!! Your request for this page could not be completed. If you arrived at this page through our extension, please visit our support forum." Ghostery installed just fine. I have its icon at the top of IE9. And the "More Information" link works properly for some tracking sites. I wonder whether Comscore Beacon and some other trackers have blocked Ghostery!

Hi Lon,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
The "More Info" links are information we provide.. so it wouldn't be the trackers doing anything.
I'm not having any issues with the links.. I'll keep looking..
Can you send over a URL where you are seeing the issue? -

Pete,
Thanks for you quick response. I live in Santa Monica, California, but my IE9's home page is a British site: www.bbc.co.uk/news/ -- and that may be the explanation (i.e., it's hosted in Britain). At that site, I get the "Oops!" message when I click on the More Info link for Revenue Science and for Comscore Beacon.
I then checked other, U.S.-based websites, and virtually all of the More Info links work just fine for those. The one link that doesn't work with a U.S. site is this one: www.aero-news.net when I click More Info for OpenAds.
Now that I see that virtually all of the More Info links work just fine, it's not a problem for me any more.

Hi Lon, thanks for using Ghostery.
Ghostery for IE, at least in its current reincarnation uses an outdated list to generate the more info links. This is the reason why you get the oops page. We have a never version of IE release in the works and are ready for beta testers, so if oyu email me I'll be able to send you a link of the new version. I can be reached on felix@evidon.com -
