Ghostery installed, won't run, settings page blank.

Edit Subject

Firefox 36, Ubuntu 64-bit, Ghostery 5.4.3
Ghostery doesn't run, settings dialog is blank. Any thoughts on how to fix?

I've tried reinstalling, removing and reinstalling, removing and deleting ghostery.xpi file then reinstalling. Still not working.
