Ghostery locked list

Hi,

Firstly, I want to say thank you for this application.
When I'm on a website, I see some Affiliation Marketing blocked, for example "Effiliation" or "SaleCycle". But when I go to the Ghostery options, I do not found them in the list.
Why I cannot found them ?
