ghostery not showing up within the File Sharing Apps menu on IPhone 4

I want to add bookmarks to Ghostery and followed the apps instructions.
On my IOS 7.0 IPhone 4 Ghostery is in the Apps list but not under the File Sharing list where I can attach the bookmarks.html file. Suggestions?
