I have just installed Ghostery on Windows8.1, IE 11 and the Start Page search engine but it crashes every time, if I disable the add-on, all is fine.
Can anyone help.

Bob-
ok.. Thanks for this info.. I asked our dev team for some feedback and they asked for some more info..
1. What is his OS? << Have this one so please disregard
2. Does Ghostery show in his Cog->‘Manage Addons’ and is ‘Enabled’?
3. Does it show there some Load time/Navigation time?
4. Does the button sometimes appear, and sometimes not? Or never?
5. Does he see purple box if he navigates to http://www.nytimes.com?
6. What are the following three settings in his Internet Options->Advanced:
· Browsing->Enable third-party browser extensions
· Security->Enable Enhanced Protected Mode
· Security->Enable 64-bit processes for Enhanced Protected Mode
Thanks again for providing info. -
