using Safari 7.06 on macbook pro using 10.9.5 -- Ghostery is preventing me getting to websites I need access to - example the Costco.ca photo ordering website. I tried several times - went to Chrome (without Ghostery installed) and got in right away. uninstalled Ghostery on Safari and was able to get to the site.
one of my card-giving websites allows you to a card to Facebook - that was broken as well. Again it worked well once I uninstalled Ghostery.
I liked using Ghostery to see all the websites it was blocking but it's too frustrating not to be able to get to websites I need.

Hi Lynne,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
If you allow omniture on Costco you should be all set. You shouldn't be experiencing too many functionality issues though.. Is your library up to date? Are you using Ghostery 5.4? -

I deleted the program on Safari and now the Costco site works as well as I few others I was having trouble with.....one in particular that I use all the time ..jacquielawson.com for sending cards.
I did like the way Ghostery worked showing me which sites were tracking me and I assume blocking those sites but I don't have time to troubleshoot it.
thanks for your suggestion.-
