Latest update breaks timers on www.AstroEmpires.com
Disabling/Enabling Ghostery 2.1 confirms the issue is with this Firefox addon. (Disabled = Timers work, Enabled = Timers missing)
To fix: Turn off web bug blocking, restart your browser, turn on web bug blocking, restart your browser.
I suspect some of the new settings are turned on by default, accidentally, even though the UI doesn't indicate it.

Could you be a little more specific here? :) I'm not familiar with AstroEmpires, so could you instead provide some URLs that represent an error or walk through the actions that represent an error?
Its not likely that a setting could cause something new, perhaps a tracker or two we've added that would cause an issue: all new settings have to be turned on (iframe and img tracking), but the trackers are automatic. -

AstroEmpires is a browser based game.
Edit: [ Which means you have to sign up to see the pages I'm talking about. ]
Ghostery v2.1 breaks the empire page, which shows how long until new buildings and ships are constructed on your worlds. Pre-2.1, it shows countdown timers. (done using javascript) Post-2.1, it shows empty boxes with no text in them.
Relevant details:
Disabling the addon gets the timers back. Enabling it makes them disappear again. I can repeat this as many times as is necessary.
Ghostery says there are no trackers on the website.
If you turn off web bug blocking, restart your browser, turn on web bug blocking, and restart your browser, that fixes it.
Reinstalling the addon brings the problem back, indicating some option is likely enabled by default, even though it claims not to be.
I have all web bugs blocked. After doing the above procedure to fix it, it works fine with Ghostery turned on. -

Hi BikeHelmet! It seems we've introduced a bug in the upgrade process from v2.0.3 to v2.1 in Firefox Ghostery. Please follow these instructions to fix it: http://getsatisfaction.com/ghostery/t...
