Ghostery 2.1 not compatible with Firefox 3.6.3 for Flash and Javascript in 64 bit Linux

Ghostery 2.1 breaks Flash and Javascript in 64 Bit Linux with Firefox 3.6.3.
After I upgraded Ubuntu and with it Firefox, both Flash and Javascript started having problems. I ended up disabling Ghostery to get sites like Google Maps, The Daily Show, and the fancier parts of YouTube (scrollbars, preview boxes, etc.) to work. With Ghostery enabled, the sites claimed Flash was not present and Google Maps would not load past the overview map.
This problem only appeared after the shift to Firefox 3.6.3 from 3.5.7.
