Ghostery 2.5.2 prevents submit button from working
I am running Ghostery 2.5.2 under FF4. I am running Windows 7 SP1. When Ghostery is enabled I have found that a number of web sites (Citibank logon is one) that have Java controlled submit buttons do not work. Nothing happens when I click on the button. I have even tried to whitelist the website and the problem persists. If I disable Ghostery the buttons work ok. Those websites also work fine in IE9 even when Ghostery is enabled.

There are 2 points to make here that might explain and help you out. First, Ghostery is a discovery tool and if you have blocking on, there is some chance that the site you are visiting will break as well because it might be relying to closely on a tracker you have blocked. Your recourses are to whitelist the site, unblock the offending tracker, or disable blocking. I understand you have tried whitelisting already, so there is an issue in the site that you have whitelisted. To discover what Ghostery is really blocking you may want to look into Ghostery Block Log aviable in Firefox Tools -> Ghostery -> Block Log. Lastly, for me to take a closer look, I'd need the URL of the login page you are working with so I could play around with it and tell you of a better solution.Comment -

Hi. Thanks for responding. The website is https://online.citibank.com/US/JPS/po.... When Ghostery is enabled clicking on the "Sign On" button does nothing. There are probably 3 or 4 other sites that have this problem.

Hi avecpublic, thanks for giving me URL. This appears to be Omniture tracking causing an issue, as Eric pointed out. Your choices are still the same as above tho until we release a surrogate code for this.
