Would it be possible that the list of cookie Ghostery appear only when a new cookie is not blocked.

Hi lafritte,

No, not yet. You can disable the alert bubble entirely, or you can customize its duration/position, but the bubble will always show everything Ghostery detected on the page, blocked and unblocked.
