ghostery block option

I have ghostery on ff4 and gchrome. the previous version when I clicked on ghostery gave a list of tracking sites and I could select each site and block it. Now it seems that option is gone and I think that ghostery now blocks the entire list. Is this actually the case?
I want to be sure all trackers are blocked and would like to verify. Thanks
