Ghostery breaks some IE javascripts

I am using the IE Ghostery Add-on, version 1.0.0.3. Depending on the website, javascripts don't work unless I turn off Ghostery. Microsoft websites seem to be very suseptable to this. Once the javascript has started, i.e. a slide show, then I can turn Ghostery back on and continue to use the javascript. If I refresh the page with javascript on, it breaks the javascript.
