Ghostery cause hesitation?

does ghostery cause hesitation while keyboarding? It seems like just recently my keyboard is slowing and it's since I installed Ghostery.

Thanks for using Ghostery!

It shouldn't.. which browser and ghostery version are you using? If you disable Ghostery from the extensions menu do you no longer see the issue?
