Ghostery config not saved on Chrome v18/OSX install

Edit Subject

I need to go through the configuration options and set them every time I start up Chrome. Specifically, the anti-3pes set of options needs to be set every time. I run sabnzbd, ABP 1Password and an FB filter.

Any thoughts? Any suggestions to further investigate?

Hi Joe,

do you have any other extensions installed that might be preventing the settings from saving? Let me know and I'll try to replicate.

Ghostery for Chrome stores its preferences in localStorage, by the way. Seems like something else is clearing localStorage.

hmmm, I have a bunch of extensions, but something clearing local storage is intriguing. Here's a pic of the extensions installed page attached.

I'm not clearing or cleaning any of the privacy settings??

  By the way, Facebook Disconnect, and correct me if I'm wrong, should be redundant if you configured Ghostery to block Facebook trackers.

Nothing jumps out at me from that list.

And you don't lose any other extension's settings?

We could look under Ghostery's hood, if you want, to see if there are any error messages there.
