Ghostery "covering/hiding/something" the firebug icon in addon bar

Just installed the ghostery add on and I see that the right-most icon in my add-on bar, which used to be firebug is now the grey ghost. However, nowhere is the firebug icon. Perhaps a preference item for where the grey ghost should be. I was able to add the firebug icon back in by "customizing" the add-on bar.

Just saying that it shouldn't have been removed in the first place. FYI.
