Ghostery does not always block

Edit Subject

I have Ghostery set to Select All to block everything. In Advanced, it is set to Block New Elements By Default. Yet on this URL: http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2013...
none of these was blocked:
-Audience Science
-ChartBeat
-Google Adsense
-New York Times
-ScoreCard Research Beacon
-Web Trends
