Ghostery doesnt respect settings on Firefox

Why you dont respect my settings on Firefox and constantly, update after update Ghostery icon lands in navigation bar?

This doesnt explain anything except that Felix Shnir didnt fix anything - icon still reappears. And yes, option is unchecked. Always been.
