Ghostery enabled even with whitelisting cbs.com blocks CBS.com/watch videos?

Hello I have been using Ghostery with:

Adblock Plus 2.2.3
Beef Taco 1.3.7
BetterPrivacy 1.68
DoNotTrackMe 2.2.8.307
Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus 1.2.3
Webmail Ad Blocker 3.9.1

for some time now and have been able to always configure them to work with a website. Recently cbs.com (within the last week) seems to have blocked the use of Ghostery. I tried disabling all of my add-ons except ghostery and the videos say "the video you have requested is either unavailable or is being blocked by an ad blocker installed in your browser" if I enable everything and disable Ghostery it loads the videos fine.

I have tried pausing filtering, whitelisting cbs.com, and hitting the little check marks next to all the trackers while cbs.com was white listed. Please help.
