Ghostery Firefox Add-on: can't access advanced options or the configuration wizard

I can't use the Ghostery Configuration Wizard and I can't access the Advanced tab on the Ghostery options page.

When I click on the Advanced tab, nothing happens. When I open the Configuration Wizard, I see a blank page and arrows (which I assume mean "next" and "previous" which do nothing when clicked. I'm using Firefox 23.0.1 and the most recent version of Ghostery.
