Ghostery Icon - Total Found vs Total Blocked

Is it possible to have the Ghostery icon only display the number of unblocked sites, after I've blocked some, rather always displaying the total of those found?

I know I can look on the Status Bar down below to get this information.

I'm just trying to avoid having to look in both places. My eye is attracted to the Ghostery icon next to the awesome bar.
