Ghostery for IE install requesting internet connection when ther is already one

Hi
I have downloaded Ghostery for IE (I'm running IE 9) but when I try to install I get an error message "The Ghostery installation requires an internet connection" despite having a working internet connection.

Sorry for the issues. What operating system are you using? and IE9 32 bit?

  In IE8 make sure you are running as administrator. That may be the issue.
