ghostery installed uninstalle same day yet shows up in programs with a 2011 install date how do i get rid of it
installed ghostery yesterday, then unistalled it as have ie8 was not working right, so then go into programs for something else and ghotsery is there only it shows installed in april 2011 but at same time of day- what shoudl i do

how can i uninstall it agin if it is not in list of programs in control panel
it only shows up when i go into computer c and then search for programs and it does not have an unistall file -

sorry.. I miss understood what you were saying about "going back into programs".
So are you trying to get rid of the install date of 2011 or the program? If you could be as specific as possible please.

when i do a search ghostery does not show up
yet if i go into local disc C program files
shows now : ghosteryIEplugin
click that on and it show

(my error abt install date, it was date modified- yet this laptop was not re installed progrmd til few months ago) unable to open the files says dll extension warning -
