ghostery just started maxing out my cpu on firefox 23.

This just started today which appears to coincide with ghostery 5.0.1.
if Ghostery is enabled on of my cpus is maxed at 100%
If I disable Ghostery then Cpu is < 1%
This is on Windows 7.

I have tried turning off all the performance options such as scan images and that doesn't help.
