Ghostery opens IE window with Administrator privileges

After going thru the annoying 'close IE' to update, I've noticed that Ghostery opens a new IE instance, running in an administrator context, even in a normal user account.

Use 'PrivBar' from MSDN to verify.

This is a MAJOR security breech, and is totally unacceptable.

Most people will not see this, and their machines are at risk.
