Ghostery shows disappearing purple square in Win 7 Professional IE 9

I just installed Ghostery and all I get is the purple square with the tracker's names. What do I need to do next? When I click on one of the trackers, the whole square disappears and nothing else happens. Even if I don't click; the square will soon disappear. What do I need to do next to block a tracker? I don't get any other screen besides the purple square.

I am using WIN 7 Professional with IE9 and have installed the 64 bit version.
