In firefox 4, ghostery throws this error on refresh of a page that's hosted on my computer:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "The object could not be cloned." code: "25" nsresult: "0x80530019 (NS_ERROR_DOM_DATA_CLONE_ERR)" location: "chrome://ghostery/content/ghostery.js Line: 499"]

Don, how exactly are you seeing this error? Is this in the JS error console or something else? Also, does it prevent you from doing what you were going to do? Lastly, whats the page content if you don't mind?

Yes, it's in the Error Console. It doesn't prevent me from doing anything but, it's a pain when I'm debugging my web app because the error console gets clogged with that error.
The page source is just some local stylesheets, local javascripts and a few divs.
I don't know for sure, but it's possible that the issue happens because of changes in how it works in a local environment?-
Don, thanks for the update. Would you know if the error only shows up for the local pages you are developing? Have you tried whitelisting the page?

Even with whitelisting it, I still get the error.
I also get other errors sometimes on other pages (like on yahoo, google) but not that one.
On google I get:
Error: ghostery is not defined
Source File: chrome://ghostery/content/ghostery-cookiemonster.js
Line: 23-
Don, I'm still some time from a full fix, but I do have a bugfix release if you would like to test that should address this issue. Email me for a copy: felix@evidon.com
