Ghostey disappearing from the menu bar

I've been concerned about Ghostey disappearing from the menu bar. Seems to happen when html launches a new window with "target=blank", but not if I use the shortcut menu for the same function. This is on Windows XP.

I haven't been able to get it back once a window is opened without it.
