Ghosty Sucks and so does the help I have received

Ghosty wont come up on IE... I already complained about it and got useless help. It came up 2 times and then disappeared again. Is this program any good or what?

And before I am asked Yes I did try to right click near the address bar and No there is nothing there related to Ghostery.

The only thing I can do is delete the program which if I don't get some help I am going to do. I will also make sure people know what I have been going through and to stand clear of this program.

Thanks for using Ghostery!

Which version of IE are you using? Which OS/version? The IE extension does not work in 64bit mode. So be sure you are using it in 32.

How do I know which mode (64 bit or 32 bit) I am using.

  From your start menu, you should see an option to open Internet Explorer (64bit) and Internet Explorer (32bit).
  
  You can also look in your Internet Options menu and see if there is a default setting there.

  There is one that says 64 bit and one that does not. I checked the IE options and it says Internet explorer is the default setting. I tried opening the IE that does not say 64 bit and ghosty is still missing

  ok.. I'm using that setup now and not having any issues.. let me try a few things and I'll update the ticket if/when I can figure anything out.
  
  You have your IE set to install new updates when available? so your IE 10 is running the most current version?

So, I've been doing some testing.. Windows 7, IE 10 > same version as your screenshot.. And I can't replicate the icon disappearing.. But I can confirm that it is not working as it should. I have submitted a ticket.. to have it investigated

Thank you, This morning why I used my computer Ghosty was there but later in the day when I went to use my computer again, Ghosty was gone.... Go Figure.
