Has google blocked ghostery from web store?

Trying to add from web store and it's add button is grayed out. Also upon opening the app page there, the install (+Free) button is missing. It looks like it's being not removed from their site, but made impossible to install. The other apps install normally. Anyone else has the problem? Looks awfully like a payback for removing google trackers.
Would be cool to find your direct extension package for a download.
Tried on another pc, both with win7 64, no change.
