Hiding HTTP Referer
I saw a topic mentioning this from over two years ago, but nothing has come up since. I'm hoping to pop this idea back up and perhaps get some more information as to why this is not available (or perhaps forgotten). Is adding an option on Ghostery of hiding your URL referer a possibility?

It's dependent on underlying browser support, and unnecessarily duplicative of functionality that's already built in and/or available through existing extensions.

I understand that there are extensions available with the same functionality, but I thought this would be an appropriate option to be added to Ghostery as it adds another way of avoiding tracking if you so choose. Also, since I am on Chrome, each extension takes up around 50k bytes of memory, which quickly adds up.
